As Restaurant Operations Manager, Raúl oversees Souvla's talented service teams, ensuring an extraordinary guest experience through genuine hospitality and proper service. A rising star in the Souvlaof Souvla since his start in 2016, he quickly rose to a General Manager position, and later a training and operations role. Raúl has a kind approach to teaching and training, and along with his general oversight, focuses much of his time developing and mentoring the future generation(s) of Souvla leaders. When not at Souvla, he is traveling the world with his husband, Chris.
